Hi Dusty, where can I buy the XavierNX, Arrow shows no stock for 16 weeks. Can we buy direct from Nvidia

Regards, Rapidproto

Hi rapidproto, please see this post: Jetson Xavier NX available to order Now

Although the Arrow site shows 16 weeks, it should not be that long for small orders - please contact them for a quote and lead-time. NVIDIA doesn’t sell Jetson modules direct, through distributors only.

Just received my module from Arrow today (to Australia).

Is there a guide for what I need to do to upgrade a Jetson developer board with the NX module? At this stage I’m assuming:

  • Undo the two screws on the existing module board (leaving the bottom screws and standoffs in place)
  • Ease out the socket arms and pop the module board out of the socket.
  • Undo heatsink screws from bottom of existing module, remove heatsink
  • Reinstall heatsink on NX module.
  • Install module, reversing screw removal
  • Download and flash Jetpack 4.4 DP (or later) to SD card
  • Boot.
