NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 not recognized by my laptop

I have a ThinkPad X1 Gen 8 (windows 10 system) and have purchased a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 graphics card together with a Razor Core X eGPU. I was able to connect my laptop with the eGPU (and graphics card) through thunderbolt 3 port. However, the device gives me the following error message:

"This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)

If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system."

Can some one check and let me know how to resolve this issue?
