I am trying to install CUDA toolkit 6.5 32bit on my system. 64 bit version also failed.
The installer failed to install on my system. GPU : Quadro 5000 Dell T3500 System. I am not sure how to resolve this. Is there a mannual installer available.
How do I resolve.
System is : windows 7 64bit and 24 GB ram.
You’ll probably need to be more descriptive in how it failed. If you have a 64-bit OS, you should be installing the 64-bit toolkit, even if you intend to build 32-bit apps.
Love the optimism. Sadly it seems the installers aren’t renown for elaborating on what went wrong: http://imgur.com/a/Vv66C (this is from a geforce driver install, not cuda, but I’m guessing he got a similar thing).
This may be useful, in understanding what to do in the event of an NVIDIA windows driver installation failure. (For example, there are log files created.) The question pertains to the CUDA installer, one component of which is the driver installer. If the actual failure referenced here is ocurring during driver install, then the driver install failure instructions may help:
