NVIDIA RTX Branch of Unreal Engine Repos : 404 ERROR Page not found.
I have link the github account to my epic account but Nvidia this link is not working in any of the version.

Did you try to log out and re-login after clearing the browser cache? Sometimes registration does take a while until it is correctly connected.
But the Repos do exist.
