Note: Nvidia-Settings gives the following error and then opens a small empty window with no configurations
but can’t get it to work and load with configuration of the NVIDIA GPUs

i have tried everything i can think of, Googled a million solutions and nothing seems to work for Nvidia-settings command.

i have One Onboard Integrated ASPEED graphic card and 8 x Nvidia GTX TITAN X (Maxwell) on PCI-E Slots .

i use only one monitor which is usually connected to the ASPEED integrated graphic card when working at the DataCenter otherwise there is no actual monitors connected
on the MultiGPUs ( headless) . I use all Nvidia GPUs for Compute Only and NOT for Display.

**Is there a reason Nvidia-settings would not work in this case? what might be wrong or what am i missing? **
