when we give nvidia-smi it give error NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn’t communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running,while the nvidia driver is still installed in the sysmtem. we have generated nvidia bug report for the same

reinstall a driver
