Nvidia-smi "No devices were found" - VMWare ESXI Ubuntu Server 20.04.03 with RTX3070

It seems work on workstation level card.

A4000 + Ubuntu 20 + ESXi 7.0U3

A5000 + Ubuntu 18 + ESXi 7.0U3

VMware ESXi V7.0U3d Nvidia Driver Linux 510 wont load
