Hi there @sridhar5, nice to see you found your way to the NVIDIA developer forums.
I am afraid I will not be able to help you here since this GPU is meant to run on Server class Hardware, not on consumer Motherboards. Also since it does not have any Display outputs, you will need a CPU with integrated graphics to get any kind of output before being able to install drivers for it.
It also needs active cooling since the passive cooling in z normal desktop PC is not sufficient, plus the power supply needs to be adequate.
