NVIDIA VIA Microservices - Unable to Access Containers and Metropolis Team

From Nvidia email approving “NVIDIA VIA Microservices Developer Preview Program” it says

"‘Download containers from NGC’ link. You will then be redirected to the VIA container page to get started. "
I get 404 error page when I click on the link and I do not see the container page. The private registry page is empty.

It says “Select your NVIDIA Cloud Account/Team as ‘Metropolis,’ on the profile page”
I don’t see the metropolis team for selection.

I am not able to access VIA microservices page. How do I create a Visual AI Agent ? Referring the blog

Moving to VIA forum.

Could you attach the link you received in your email?
You can also refer to this via_2.0_dp_user_guide.pdf to deploy the VIA Microservices on your side.

This is the content of the email approval message:

Please go to the member page, accept the license agreement, and click the ‘Download containers from NGC’ link. You will then be redirected to the VIA container page to get started.

If you don’t see the VIA container page, please follow below steps:

** After logging into NGC, go to your profile in the top right section. Select your NVIDIA Cloud Account/Team as ‘Metropolis,’ and then select ‘via-dp’.**
** Go to the Private Registry from the dropdown on the top left. Then, select Containers on the left panel to access the VIA Engine container.**

When I go to the member access page and I click on the link
" * Download containers from NGC"
I get the Private registry page with the link
https://registry.ngc.nvidia.com/orgs/metropolis/teams/via-dp/containers/via-engine
which is empty and shows 404 Error

Referring to via_2.0_dp_user_guide.pdf
Can I run it on Mac OS with 16GB and inbuilt Nvidia GPU. ? I don’t think the pre-requisites are fulfilled

No. For now, we only support the GPUs on the Guide.

Is there any update on 404 Error for accessing Private registry ?

I see that you’ve registered for the VIA developer preview, have you also registered to be part of the NVIDIA Developer Program?

There is no update from you for a period, assuming this is not an issue anymore. Hence we are closing this topic. If need further support, please open a new one. Thanks
