Nvidia-X Server - remote access

Is there a way to open the Nvidia-x server GUI from a remote connection (Ubuntu 20.4 OS) using the command line?

Yes when run as root and set DISPLAY to the Xserver where to display XAUTHORITY of the auth of the Xserver to control and using the -c option to set the Xserver number to control. e.g. log in over ssh
DISPLAY=client-ip:1 XAUTHORITY=/run/user/111/gdm/Xauthority nvidia-settings -c :0

Thank you. Unfortunately, I receive this error message. Thoughts?
ERROR: Unable to create nvidia-settings GUI; please run nvidia-settings --help for usage information.

Your local Xserver needs to accept tcp connections.

Thank you. Unfortunately I receive this error when running the command line:

ERROR: Unable to create nvidia-settings GUI; please run nvidia-settings --help for usage information.

check

check
xhost
