nvopencc source code

Hi all,

I came to know that nvopencc uses open64 as an optimizer while converting from .gpu to .ptx.

IIRC, open64 is a GPL tool and in that case code for nvopencc should be available publicly. But, I couldn’t get this source code on CUDA zone.

Can anybody point me to the source code of nvopencc?
