I want to profile metrics ( mainly ipc and cache) for rodinia benchmarks. I couldn’t able to follow nvprof guide. Can anyone please suggest any channels or blogs to learn profiling.
Specifications are writing scripts to automate profile metrics for specific duration .
What GPU are you using? nvprof has been replaced by the newer tools, Nsight Systems and Nsight Compute. Have you looked at those tools yet?
Nvidia GeForce maxwell 110
Using commands such as “nvprof ”, given in Nvidia profile guide.
I tried with Nsight visual profiler. No idea about Nsight compute.
And please provide information for Amphere also.
