Onboard GPU/8xK40m X server Failure\No Screen after CUDA7.5 install

CentOS 7.1
X was working prior to the install of CUDA or Nvidia drivers. I have installed and uninstalled each 2 times prior to deal with this.

I am wondering if anyone has successfully set up the BusID with CentOS/Fedora/RHEL for the onboard GPU.

Are the locations that have the device headers for Xorg “card0” (I have also tried Card3 because somehow the xorg.config file was changed to card3 so I have done both. and all other permutations)

No matter what driver I use nouveau (including unblacklisting), mga, mgag200, vesa, vga xserver fails to load with error (EE)
It is proceeded by No Screen error (EE)

I will attach the bug report and other documents when I can get it back into run mode 3.

I have also tried the matrox driver from my kernel however it was not loaded and hence it did not work. I am trying to get the config files off the system. I cannot run any nvidia-settings commands other than help as I get the error “(nvidia settings:3532) Warning**: cound not open X display ERROR: the control display is undefined: please run nvidia-settings --help for usage information”
