can just someone tell me what they do in that solution?
It is clearly that what I need but I didnt understand what they mean and how they solved it.

Hi,
gstreamer is enabled in default OpenCV package. Yo may re-flash the system and try the default package.
I had opencv 4.6 and just deinstall it and install 4.5.5
