i use jetson orin nano 4GB and carrier board is seedstudio J401,
my output is that:
$ cat /etc/nv_tegra_release

is it right?
and
what is correct apt repo addres

That version is not the latest one, you may reach out to Seeed studio to get the latest SW to upgrade your device and refer to their user guide.

and
Ubuntu Version (Host Computer) 20.04
jetpack JetPack 5.x
NVIDIA L4T 35.4.1 to install Jetpack 5.1.2
and i did other explaining…

As I mentioned, that carrier board is made by Seeed studio, then need to get their instruction guide to know how to do the SW reflash on their board.
