Hi, Your understanding may not be correct. If there is USB2 device, the bandwidth will be 480Mbps. So suggest use only USB3 devices.

It is possible bandwidth is capped if USB2 and USB3 devices are connected to same roothub. Please have USB2 devices connect to one roothub and USB3 devices to another roothub.
