This post looks similar to Out-of-spec i2s clock voltage

So you see recording issue only when long cables are used, otherwise the recording is clean?

Since SPH0645 capture works well, there is no reason to doubt I2S configuration.
Can you please share reference of ics-43434 audio card or schematics? Are you trying to capture a stereo data or multichannel data?
