P40 not detected by bios

Hello,

I cant seem to get any of the 4 Tesla P40 detected by our HP ProLiant DL580 Gen9. I have checked the power and confirmed the slots are all x16 wide

Looking at Nvidia’s certified server list for the P40, (Table 7), you need a Proliant DL580 Gen 10:
