Jetson AGX will not flash - ERROR: Flash Jetson AGX Xavier

I’m trying to get my AGX working for the first time. It is connected by USB-C to my host computer (a laptop running Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS). It has 120GB free disk space. Problem of not booting because the wrong value was written to the eeprom

I think this is the same error as the one mentioned here. Could you please take another look? I would really appreciate it. Thank you
