Do we still need the nvv4l2decoder patch as introduced in L4T 32.7.1 in subsequent L4t 32.7.x releases?

Hi,
libgstvideo-1.0.so.0.1405.0 is prebuilt of gst-plugins-base-1.14.5.tar.xz. In later releases, the lib is upgraded to 1.14.5.

$ ll /usr/lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/libgstvideo-1.0.so.0*
