PCIe unable to assign memory for BARs

Hello,

I have the AGX Orin on the Devkit Carrier Board as the RP and an Intel FPGA as the EP. I’m seeing error messages for the BAR assignments as shown below:

I’ve attached the dmesg log and the output of sudo lspci -vvv. Based on other forum posts it seems like I will need to change the pre-fetchables ranges for pcie C5 but I’m not sure how this is done.
