I have seen this warning a couple of times during compilation of a library. Can not find anything in the manual, nor googling… What exactly does this indicate? (I am sorry, I can not post a code to demonstrate this warning, cause I do not know what causes this)

More importantly, where can I find full documentation of warning and error messages?

This warning means that your code is using variable argument lists but has failed to call va_start before the first use of va_arg.
