I am trying to run a Shmoo test on a new custom TK1 board, but phidget.exe keeps crashing. I can control the phidget through the control panel from phidget.com. In the instructions it references an “InterfaceKit-full” utility. I can’t find that utility anywhere. One thing I noticed is that the driver version of the phidget driver is 2.2, not 2.1. Do I need an updated phidget.exe to run with this new driver?
“InterfaceKit-full” utility is in the control panel, you need install Phidget Control Panel first and plug in phidget then you will see a device in panel, double click it you will see the utility. What’s the driver version you installed now? Better to install 2.1 as AppNote said.
