[Jetson Nano DevKit B01] Unable to use GPIO due to undetectable board version

I flashed some Jetson Nano B01s lately, on one of my board I encountered this module version undetectable error. It appears when I finished flashing a fresh jetpack 4.6 image, I then realized that I wasn’t able to import Jetson.GPIO package in my python script. It gives me:

In Jetson.GPIO’s source code, this error refers to the inexistence of path /proc/device-tree/chosen/plugin-manager/ids, which is true on this board. I then tried to configure the pin map by using jetson-io.py, it gives me:

Strange error since my board is a B01 version one.

I used to flash the board with SDK manager, and then I tried to reflash it with the image downloaded via JetPack SDK 4.6 Release Page | NVIDIA Developer, same error occured.

I also tried to reflash it with other versions of JetPack using SDK manager, same error with 4.5. For 4.3/4.4 with the old bootloader the board stuck in a loop of rebooting.

For me it seems to be a hardware configuration problem where the SDK manager was unable to detect the version of the board correctly. Because when I plugged the board into my ubuntu computer with micro-usb cable, the SDK manager gives me the choice to select the version of the connected board.

What could I do for debugging? Thank you for helps.

If your board is still able to boot up, boot it up and share me the boot up log from uart.

ps: I don’t know why but at each time my first reply can’t reach you.

I have to mention that I flashed a new sd card with the Jetpack 4.6 image from JetPack SDK 4.6 Release Page | NVIDIA Developer , and the /proc/device-tree/chosen/plugin-manager/ids appears as showed above. Therefore the Jetson.GPIO library can be imported normally then.

What was the version ran before?

It was also Jetpack 4.6, I tried every version with sdkmanager days ago but as what I said in the main post, the problem persists. With this current flash (which I have already tried), the GPIOs work like charm and issues such as it doesn’t boot in Jetpack 4.3 are gone. It’s a really mysterious situation since I have changed nothing else. I’m doing other tests to figure out what it actually is.
