PhysX GitHub invitation not sent?

I’ve applied for and successfully entered the Development Program however the invitation hasn’t shown up on GitHub. It has been a few days and I have tried solutions offered on the forums yet to no solution? I have attempted emailing the physxlicensing email, I have tried manually trying to go to an invitation, though one doesn’t exist.

There is no longer any PhysX developer program requiring signup. The github depot is generally accessible to the public. The URL is pinned in this forum:

If we still have information on a webpage suggesting you sign up, let us know – this is obsolete and we should remove it.
