Pleas let me know 'thermal conductivity' of the agx xavier module's vapor chamber

hello

When I opened the ‘agx xavier’ module case, there was a copper plate as shown in the picture below.

  1. I wonder if it is a normal copper plate or a vapor chamber.
  2. If it is a vapor chamber, please let me know thermal conductivity of vapor chamber.
    Or is there any way to know the manufacturer?
