Hello，we use 2.5mm height AGX Xavier module as core board，and have two thermal conductive material problems :
(1) where is the heat source distribution area ?
(2) What is the recommended thermal conductivity material size?

What is the “thermal conductivity material size”? The size of TTP is in doc.

No such recommended size. Please refer to thermal DG for custom thermal solution design. For module itself, the TTP is fixed with module.
