Hi sirs

Please help to check below items.

1.Could you help to confirm TTP material?

2.Jetson_TX2 max TMP = 15W right? what test program is NV’s suggestion.
If the program can show temperature, throttling, power…etc its good for us.

3.Below photo is form internet, its Jetson_TX2 inside placement right?
Could you help to check if TMP=15W, what the power distribution on these main chipset?

Regarding the thermal info, TDG is all we can share by far. Can you tell why you need the info of TTP material?

For the power distribution in module, we don’t have such info can be shared.

  1. Why need info of TTP material, due to building Flotherm simualtion model this is a key factor of thermal conductivity. (I predict its should be die casting ADC matel, but need you help to confirm)

  2. Could you help to check what test program is NV’s suggestion, I wanna use the same condition with NV.

  1. There is thermal resistance calculation example and thermal performance estimation in TDG, it should fit your need as other customers had done such work with it.

  2. You can try ‘sudo apt-get install stress’ after nvpmodel is settled.
