What is the material of the TTP ?

Which chip set has TIM thermal solution?

1.Has thermal testing report in original Nvidia TTP design?
2.Thermal testing tool and How to add thermal loading on
Nvidia Jetson
3.Has Max operating ambient temperature limit?
Thermal Estimate
1.Has thermal simulation model?
2.What is the key heat source component on Jetson ?
3.How many power consumption on these key heat source ?
4.Have these key heat source dimension informantion ?

As to the report and model, we are not providing thermal models for customers. Instead, customers need to use the Thermal Design Guide to generate their own model.
I had seen this document before.
I don’t think these are very difficult to explain.
Or these questions have no answer in NVIDIA?

If you have read the doc, you should already have the answers for most questions, such as throttling/shutdown temperature, TIM part number etc. Please read it carefully, the docs in download center are right for reference, customers need to check them first.
As to the report and model, we are not providing thermal models for customers. Instead, customers need to use the Thermal Design Guide to generate their own model.
