Jetson AGX Xavier Industrial thermal sensors

When I run the tegrastats command on Jetson AGX Xavier Industrial (JAXi), the following output is displayed:

ubuntu tegrastats[7036]: RAM 1023/27890MB (lfb 6560x4MB) SWAP 0/13945MB (cached 0MB) CPU [20%@1203,17%@1203,9%@1203,27%@1203,1%@1203,4%@1203,4%@1203,0%@1203] EMC_FREQ 7%@204 GR3D_FREQ 0%@318 APE 150 MTS fg 0% bg 7% AO@24.5C GPU@25.5C Tdiode@27.5C PMIC@50C AUX@24C CPU@25.5C thermal@24.9C Tboard@25C GPU 0/10 CPU 784/846 SOC 1354/1342 CV 0/0 VDDRQ 926/895 SYS5V 1379/1527

Could you please explain the meaning of each temperature information and the physical location on the JAXi board of each temperature?

Thank you for your reply.

Additionally, what information does the “Thermocouple” in the Thermal Design Guide match with?

Thermocouple in the Thermal Design Guide is for thermal characterization/measurement in the lab (thermal chamber) of the module temperature in your system.
