my setting is ubuntu16.04 cuda 8.0 cudnn6.0.21
I an sure I have install the cudnn6.0.21 and also run an example about it.
Could anyone give some suggestions? Any help is appreciated.
Thanks a lot!

Hi,

Could you try JetPack 3.2?
Just confirmed that Caffe can be successfully installed with JetPack3.2.

Thanks.

Thanks for your answer!
yes, I try JetPack 3.2 with cudnn7 at first, but it worked worse ,I even couldn’t compile to this step. Then I found this message that “cuDNN for GPU acceleration (v6)” on Caffe | Installation. Then I changed to jetpack 3.1 for CUDA8.0 and cudnn 6.

Hi,

We have confirmed that Caffe can be well-installed on JetPack3.2 today.

Here is our steps for your reference:

1. Dependency

sudo apt-get install libboost-dev libboost-all-dev libgflags-dev libgoogle-glog-dev liblmdb-dev libatlas-base-dev liblmdb-dev libblas-dev libatlas-base-dev libprotobuf-dev libleveldb-dev libsnappy-dev libhdf5-serial-dev protobuf-compiler
git clone https://github.com/BVLC/caffe.git
