Problems while installing Nvidia drivers for Ubuntu real time kernel 6.1.38-rt13-rc1

I recently met a problem while installing Nvidia drivers for our Ubuntu real time kernel while following this post:

# 1. Download NVIDIA driver as a .run file

# 2. Stop X-Server
sudo service lightdm stop

# 3. Blacklist Nouveau driver
sudo nano /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-nouveau.conf

Here is my system and RT version:
Linux pcrt-sysgen 6.1.38-rt13-rc1 #1 SMP PREEMPT_RT Tue Aug 8 14:19:01 CEST 2023 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I was trying to install the driver from NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-515.65.01.run. I went into this error:

The related make.log and nvidia-bug-report.log have been attached. dmks has been correctly installed and configured.
