Quadro P4000 on DELL M630 VRTX

The GP104GL [Quadro P4000] is installed to the PCIe slot 1 of a Poweredge VRTX M630 without errors and warnings. The M630 is using VMWare ESXI 6.7 as a type 1 Hypervisor.
The Quadro P4000 is configured in passtrough to be used by the Ubuntu 20.04.2 Virtual Machine and is appeared as “0000:13:00.0 | NVIDIA Corporation GP104GL [Quadro P4000]” to the Physical PCI/PCIe device of the VM. The Ubuntu VM recognizes the card with the drivers provided by the Ubuntu distribution. When running nvidia-smi the following error is presented in the syslog although the M630 does not display any other warnings or errors:
