Recommended Operating temperature range of Jetson Orin NX

Hi,

We intend to use the Jetson Orin NX SOM for our project; the operating temperature for our product is -40 to 70 C, however the SOM datasheet only lists the SoC Tj as -25 to 105 C. Could you kindly clarify that the entire SOM (including the SoC, PMIC, and so on) can be run in this temperature range?

As said, please refer to TDG in DCL for details. There are some threshold requests on different parts.

Thank you for the information , but still the table contains only the maximum temperature of each components, due you have any information regarding the minimum temperature limit as well.

It is -25C for minimum limit.
