I’m a beginner to Linux and started off with Spark. I set up NoMachine for remote access, but after switching between multiple devices frequently, my account got locked, forcing me to run recovery multiple times.
Now, while trying to run the recovery process, I’m getting the error message in the attached file, and it stops before reaching the installation page. Any idea why this is happening? It works after a hard reboot, but is that a safe or recommended solution?
