I would like to request a rate limit increase for my NIM API account.

Requested rate limit: 200 RPM
I am using the NIM API with Hermes Agent to develop a multi-agent workflow for personal learning and development purposes. My workflow involves multiple agents making concurrent API calls to complete complex tasks (e.g., code analysis, tool invocation, step-by-step reasoning).
However, the current 40 RPM limit is often exceeded even during moderate testing. This results in frequent HTTP 429 errors, which significantly impacts my development and testing progress.
I confirm that this is strictly for personal, non-commercial use. I am a solo developer working on open-source or personal projects, and the increased limit would help me build and test my multi-agent system more efficiently.
