Request for Reactivation or Refund – Hands-On Lab Course "Introduction to Simulations in Isaac Sim"

Dear Support Team,

I am writing regarding the Hands-On Tab of the Lab course “Introduction to Simulations in Isaac Sim,” which now indicates that the usage limit has been reached. I had just started the course during work and leave it open. Furthermore, I also noticed it is marked as available only until 12.01.2025 (Just 4 days after purchase).

No usage limits or restrictions were mentioned in the course description at the time of purchase, and this prevents me from fully utilizing the course content.

I kindly request that you either:

  1. Reactivate my access to the course and its Hands-On tool, or
  2. Provide a full refund.
