Request for Trial Activation and Rate Limit Increase (audio2face-3d)

Hi,
I requested the 90-day NVIDIA AI Enterprise trial via NGC over a week ago, but nothing has happened yet. The system still says “We’re setting up your credentials to start your no-cost, 90-day trial”, and I haven’t received any email or activation.

In the meantime, I’m using the “audio2face-3d” service via NVIDIA cloud (not Docker), and I’m currently limited to “40 requests per minute”. For my academic research, this limit is quite restrictive.

Could you please:

  1. Check and activate the 90-day trial on my account?
  2. Consider increasing my rate limit to at least 80 RPM?

This is particularly urgent because I have a scheduled in-class experimentation on April 29, where the system will be tested with students as part of my research project.
