Unable to activate NVIDIA AI Enterprise trial

When I try to activate the 90 day free trial, all I get is the spinner that seems to go on forever. Is there a problem?

Please can you head over to NVIDIA Enterprise Customer Support and fill in a support ticket. Under the ‘Contact Enterprise Support’ section of that webpage you should see a link to contact either with or without logging in.
