I am having issue with the software utilizing all of the cards and first thing is i want to make sure i have the correct drivers. i am running windows server 2022 nvidia driver 691.59, i do not see the nvidia-smi utility in the folders either.
sorry i meant Nvidia driver 591.59
Hi Brian,
For better visibility, I have moved your post over to the Drivers section of the forum. Thanks for posting on the forums!

Hi @brian.powers1,
If you go to Download The Latest Official NVIDIA Drivers and do a Manual Driver search, the recommended driver is 582.16 Driver Details | NVIDIA
For a complex setup like yours you should stay with the recommendation.
Do at least a clean installation, if possible a fresh install or clean driver removal with a tool like DDU.
After installation open a terminal and just issue the nvidia-smi.exe command. It is automatically installed as part of the driver and added to PATH. It should immediately show details on the installed GPUs.
Regarding Cinema 4D support of multiple GPUs, that is something that Maxon can probably answer better than this forum.
I hope this helps
