I have a question about the JETSON NANO Board.
I had connected the touchscreen LCD ‘WaveShare 7 inch HDMI LCD©’ to the JETSON NANO Board, and we found that there is a problem that the screen resolution cannot change to 1024 * 600.
Also, I can’t change the screen resolution to 1024 * 600 even we put ‘xrandr’ in the terminal.
How can I change the screen solution to 1024 * 600? And how can I fix the screen resolution to 1024 * 600 when the JETSON NANO Board is turned on?
FYI, there is no problem when I connected the touch screen to raspberry pi.
Please post your ‘xrandr’ result on here.
Please see the below information.
Screen 0: minimum 8 x 8, current 1280 x 720, maximum 16384 x 16384
HDMI-0 connected primary 1280x720+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 890mm x 500mm
1280x720 60.00*+ 59.94 50.00
DP-0 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
There is no 1024 * 600 in the list, so you cannot use that mode.
I had connected the touchscreen LCD below to the board.
This screen can support the resolution 1024 * 600.
Why I cannot find the resolution 1024 * 600 on the list?
Two cases might happen here
The edid read failed so driver is using default hardcoded value
-> check the kernel log by using command “dmesg” and paste it here.
Our driver filters some modes which it cannot support.
#Add below option in /etc/X11/xorg.conf, 'Section "Device"'. Verbose mode logging will be shown in /var/log/Xorg.0.log
