Screen solution cannot be changed

Hi,

I have a question about the JETSON NANO Board.

I had connected the touchscreen LCD ‘WaveShare 7 inch HDMI LCD(C)’ to the JETSON NANO Board, and we found that there is a problem that the screen resolution cannot change to 1024 * 600.

Also, I can’t change the screen resolution to 1024 * 600 even we put ‘xrandr’ in the terminal.

How can I change the screen solution to 1024 * 600? And how can I fix the screen resolution to 1024 * 600 when the JETSON NANO Board is turned on?

FYI, there is no problem when I connected the touch screen to raspberry pi.

There is no 1024 * 600 in the list, so you cannot use that mode.

This screen can support the resolution 1024 * 600.
Why I cannot find the resolution 1024 * 600 on the list?

Two cases might happen here

  1. The edid read failed so driver is using default hardcoded value
    → check the kernel log by using command “dmesg” and paste it here.

  2. Our driver filters some modes which it cannot support.
    →
