Scrolling issues in the Jetson Linux developer guide

I’m looking at the Jetson Linux developer guide using Chrome.

It is inconvenient because there is a phenomenon that the document returns to the beginning when scrolling.

Can you improve it?

We miss to upgrade the version since there is no modification between r32.4.3 and r32.4.4 in developer guide. For deviation between r32.4.3 and r32.4.3, please take a look at Release Notes
