Does this always happen when you hotplug the sdcard to your board? or it is an intermittent issue sometimes it would reproduce and sometimes it won’t.

It’s 100% reproducible while inserting a SD card.
Could you measure if the 3.3v power status is as expectation before and after you plug the sdcard?
As the device tree and your schematic stated, after you plug the sdcard, your SD_POWER_EN should be toggled.
