SDK manager not listing 4.2 as an install option

Hello,

I’ve downloaded the version of SDK manager that states it supports Jetpack 4.2.0, but after installing it I only see options to as far back as Jetpack 4.2.3.
I’ve tried various versions of the SDK manager, but am not seeing an option for Jetpack 4.2.0. Any suggestions on this?

Please run with below commands:
$ sdkmanager --archivedversions
