I upgraded to Ubuntu 23.04 and since then I can’t use my second monitor anymore that isn’t detected. Also, my laptop screen refresh rate is stuck at 93 (max is 165, no other choice in the list)
Laptop is
Legion 5i Pro Gen 7 (16" Intel) (12700h + 3070ti)
Using : nvidia-driver-535, x11 and kernel version 6.2.0-24-generic.

The monitor works fine and has no hardware issue.
