Ok. To sum up, I haven’t experienced crashes using the new “standard” 550.107.02 driver on Debian with linux kernel 6.10.4. This is GOOD news.
HOWEVER, I do see frequent tracebacks in the kernel ring buffer, only occurring when using this driver. Again, while this issue does not end up causing the laptop to crash (thankfully!), the kernel messages may indicate that there are some remaining issues to be fixed.
