Many thanks for posting your inquiry on the Mellanox Community.

Can you please execute the following to check if the switch recovers.

  • Power cycle the switch without any cables attached (no serial, mgmt and data-ports) and check if the switch recovers after the power cycle.

If the switch recovers, please upgrade the switch to the latest MLNX_ONYX code, which is version 3.8.2204.

If the switch does not recover, please open a Mellanox Support ticket (valid support contract needed) by sending an email to support@mellanox.com
