Hello after upgrade SN2100 switch to 3.8.1208 version my switch hung in GUI and in CLI with
Mellanox Switch
System is initializing!
This may take a few minutes
Modules are being configured
But this is taking too long (over an hour) , how to resolve this issue ? Can I change boot firmware version ?

Based on the information provided, can you please do the following.
Powercycle the switch without the serial-console cable attached.
If this does not resolve the issue, please open a Mellanox Support ticket, by sending an email to support@mellanox.com
