We are facing some of problem that is failed for booting eMMC.
It could be booted from external SATA, and eMMC partition was recognizable.
Please let mw know if any idea how to clarify this problem.

The file system on emmc seems corrupted.
Please flash it again.
An added note: When the superblock is bad there is no recovery other than some risky manual possibilities. If the content which is corrupt is valuable, then in theory you could clone it and try to fix the clone without risking the original content, but odds of recovery are still somewhat low. You would basically be using software capable of detecting and installing backup superblocks, or guessing at filesystem extents and then having access to copy files.
