SPI starup failed with log:Prod settings list not found on Jetpack5.0.2

Hi, I tried to enable SPI , and it works fine in xavier AGX and NX .But it does not work correctly in orin platform.
Here is the log:

There is no update from you for a period, assuming this is not an issue any more.
